Many follow the most studied, "proven" & patented formula, BUT, with loads of research & muscle testing with spirit, we have found that its actually not the best formula.. The patented formula calls for Niacin, which can be very harmful.

Most follow the Stamets Stack, which calls for Niacin (vitamin b3) which is harmful.
Niacin is supposed to be anti-aging. Unfortunately this is very detrimental to health. There is a huge release of serotonin (a stress hormone) and prostaglandin D2 (an inflammatory marker) when high dose niacin (flushing or non-flushing) is ingested.

A much safer alternative to niacin is niacinamide, which we are using. Sometimes referred to as nicotinamide. Niacinamide is a precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) and is involved in a multitude of intra- and inter-cellular processes, which regulate some of the cell's metabolic, stress, and immune responses to physiological or pathological signals.
